The location is central and convenient for accessing nearby shopping areas.
The check-in process at Level 6 was slow and chaotic. I was not given clear directions to my room. The room was also not properly cleaned, as there was a used water bottle in the fridge. Evening cocktails were subpar. There were even kids present!!!

breakfast featured an excellent buffet with diverse options. the staff were attentive to all needs. the hotel offered filtered drinking water in the room, a very welcome amenity. the location is excellent, offering easy access to many restaurants and shopping malls.
the shower temperature was difficult to control .

the concierge desk was always staffed and helpful with directions. staff at the club level were consistently available, offering prompt assistance with various requests. attentiveness extended to the pool area, where staff quickly offered mosquito repellent to guests.

breakfast featured many cuisines including local dishes such as laksa. teh tarik was a highlight of the breakfast. the all-day dining restaurant, thyme, had beautiful furniture and a great atmosphere, not like a conventional hotel restaurant.

The location is fantastic , it is close to the main area. The room was spacious and included a sofa bed, great for family travelers. The swimming pool area offers cabanas for extra privacy.
The changing rooms by the pool and gym were just a toilet for changing. The pool itself had leaves and seemed to lack sufficient chlorine.
