Great Room Entertainment

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with an unexpected upgrade to a Premier Suite that was spacious and offered an amazing view of the KL Tower. The staff were incredibly polite and professional, creating a great atmosphere. The location was superb for walking to various attractions. However, I did have some minor issues with the breakfast options and the pool area was under renovation, which was a bummer since I was looking forward to using it.

Returning to the ParkRoyal hotel in Kuala Lumpur felt like coming back home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff truly made my stay enjoyable, always going the extra mile to ensure I felt supported. The location couldn't be better, with so many attractions within walking distance. However, while my club room was comfortable, I did notice some areas, particularly the bathroom, were starting to show signs of age.

I had a decent experience overall at ParkRoyal KL. The hotel is in a prime location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, and the breakfast selection is impressive. Despite these drawbacks, I would consider returning due to its excellent location and value for money.
